GAY CIVILIZATION...

I contend that the most important
factor determining whether a society is a civilization or not is the quality of
the life of its homosexuals. And, though this is a more than reasonable
measuring rod, they have not gone far enough.

¿WHICH LEAVES THEM WHERE?

This blog entry is for those that feel that I am controlling and feel a need to tell them how to live their lives when that is NOT the case. I've deduced that people LOVE when things are going great and when they are not well...Nonetheless, I don't know why most people I know seem to have this notion that they can say/do whatever they want to me and I can't oppose them in anyway, shape or form. EVERYONE knows when it comes down to it, when they are stranded and no one else is there they can call on me. I wish that I was sorry for being human and I wish they were happy being human.

Once again, they are sitting in an impossibly bad mood. This
one's gone beyond the normal mental stew of fear, depression and resentment,
and has morphed into a nasty physical sensation encompassing their entire body.
The reason for the mood is almost beside the point. To the best of my
knowledge, I have no power to change the conditions which brought it about. Which leaves them where?

Well, as far as I can tell, it leaves them with nothing but
these ugly feelings and NO desire to
be free of them, and the acknowledgement that they have never been able to lift
themselves out of their emotional state. The only thing they have even the
vaguest control over is their attitude which preceded the precipitating, bad
mood-causing event.

That attitude could best be described as a fiercely held
conviction that people are supposed to behave in a manner that meets my
approval. When they don't, I IMMEDIATELY
become the organic repository for the aforementioned bad mood. Now one
might deduce that their only escape from these foul states of mind is to
discard their fiercely held conviction. But to do that, they’d have to lovingly
accept a world that infrequently lives up to my expectations. In other words, I'd
have to be somewhat God-like to tell my family n’ friends how they should live
their lives.

NEW ABC COMEDY ANGERS GAY GROUPS

A new comedy set to air on American television in tonight has
sparked outrage from gay rights groups who say it’s harmful to transgender
individuals.

“Work It” sees two unemployed and desperate men dress as
women in order to get jobs for a pharmaceutical company that is looking for
female sales reps.

In a statement, Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation
argued that while the show "does not explicitly address transgender
people, many home viewers unfamiliar with the realities of being transgender
will still make the connection.

“Work It invites the audience to laugh at images of men
trying to adopt a feminine appearance, thereby also making it easier to mock
people whose gender identity and expression are different than the one they
were assigned at birth."

In response to the print campaign for the series, depicting
two men dressed as women standing at urinals, GLAAD said: "Not only does
it inadvertently further notions that transgender identities are humorous or
artificial, but imagery like this are one of the first things anti-LGBT
activists resort to when trying to deny transgender people protections against
discrimination,"

The organisation wants the network to stop circulating the
urinal ad, and to "consider whether airing this show is worth the damage
it has the potential to do."

2K12: ¿WHAT IS PROSPERITY?

If you have many things
you are not free to come and go in life; you are not prosperous.

If you
have things to do and protect that you think others can take away from you, you
are not prosperous.

If you are not comfortable with yourself no matter
where you are, you are not prosperous.

If you believe others can take
your ideas, your mate, your things, you are not comfortable.

PROSPERITY TO ME IS A STATE OF MIND.

When worry or fear crowd your mind, you cannot
be prosperous. If you know you will eat when you don't have a dime, you
are prosperous. When you can love and give all that you have, you are
prosperous. When you do what you love without pay or reward, you are
prosperous. When you do what you can because you can, not for money only,
you are prosperous. When you love all people for who they are, not for
what they can give you, you are a wealthy being. Prosperity is a state of
mind.

The richer I
think, the richer I am!
