THIS BLOG ENTRY IS FOR PERSONS THAT ALWAYS TELL ME HOW MUCH THEY LIKE MY BLOG & WISHES THEY COULD DO ONE THEMSELVES...SO THIS IS ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THEM...Everyone, at one time or another, has wanted to express his or her story. Writing a blog to share with family or friends is an emotionally satisfying way to gain perspective on your experiences while sharing your unique voice. We’ve all experienced feelings and events in our lives that we are longing to write down. Giving in to that urge can give you an outlet for purging any frustration, anxiety, or long-dormant feelings. Satisfying the need to tell your story is not predicated upon your writing ability. It does, however take effort to write down the truth in detail. Your memories, captured on paper as descriptive scenes, sights, sounds, and scents, can give a person insight into their lives. Writing a blog can also help you understand your life experiences. And when you finish writing, you may be surprised at what you have accomplished. Your blog can encompass as much or as little of your life as you prefer. You may surprise yourself with new insights, or you may find yourself exploring your roots, your identity, and your future through your words. Allow your writing to guide you and write as truthfully as possible. Don’t worry about what others will think of your personal journey, your style of writing, or your words. Research has shown that writing a personal narrative filled with feelings and perceptions can create long-term health benefits. As you write, remember to have compassion for yourself, particularly when writing about traumatic events. Your writing may help family members know you better, or they may understand themselves more through reading about your experiences. More importantly, you are expressing yourself in a permanent way, giving a gift to yourself, and letting your voice be heard.

WARNING SIGNS
Just as the universe wants to provide for our needs, it also seeks to protect us from dangerous situations, destructive relationships AND even minor inconveniences. Frequently in our lives, perhaps everyday, we encounter red flags warning us of potential problems. We may not always recognize the signs. However, more often than not, we may choose to ignore our intuition when it tells us that SOMETHING JUST ISN’T RIGHT. Every day we are hearing stories of personal suffering AND loss that is further putting this world in a state of chaos. Living in communities where so many of us are losing our houses AND livelihoods it is tempting to minimize what is going on in the world; but that would be a GREAT mistake. By now we MUST realize that life is a domino effect AND what happens to my brothers N’ sisters down the street will undoubtedly hurt me. I LOVE how the world works in that we HAVE to deal with the things that we’ve tried NOT to see OR touch. BUT TELL ME THIS…HOW MUCH LONGER CAN THE WORLD SPIN WHEN THE RICH IS GETTING RICHER & THE POOR IS GETTING POORER? WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THINGS BREAK & THE AVERAGE MAN ON THE STREETS CANNOT PAY HIS BILLS? WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE GOVERNMENT CAN’T FIX THINGS? The time to panic is LONG gone AND I feel that it is OUR BEST INTEREST to get work because GOD is giving us ONE LAST CHANCE to get ourselves in order. It is blatantly OBVIOUS that over time, OUR unwillingness to acknowledge what we’ve allowed to take place has led us to become a world filled with numbness. Our internal systems are clogged with the demons we ourselves created (weird huh?) The scales of life are devalued because this world is filled with persons that have become resistant to the plight of others. Therefore if we are to turn things around, we need to realize that the ONLY gateway is compassion towards each other AND rolling up OUR sleeves because there is work that has to be done…RED FLAGS OFTEN POP UP HERE N’ THERE URGING US TO PAUSE FOR A MOMENT, LISTEN & RECONSIDER OUR PATH…NOW WE HAVE NO CHOICE FOR WE’VE BEEN STOPPED DEAD IN OUR TRACKS; NOW OUR BEST PATH LIES WHERE? I CAN GIVE MANY ANSWERS, BUT IT IS IMPORTANT FOR US TO REMEMBER THAT WE WERE NOT BORN WITH INSTRUCTION MANUALS & THAT LEARNING LESSONS IS A LIFELONG JOURNEY…SO @ THE END OF THE DAY WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND & ACCEPT EACH OTHER ON THIS PLANET…FROM THE JANITOR TO THE CEO WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT NONE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE OTHER. WE NEED TO HONOR & VALUE THE HUMAN CONDITION SO WE CAN EXPERIENCE & FEEL LIFE FULLY & COMPLETELY BECAUSE THAT’S HOW GOD INTENDED THINGS TO BE…SO WHEN WE HEAR THE STORIES OF OTHERS THAT ARE SUFFERING, OUR HEARTS N’ SOULS SHOULD RESONATE WITH UNDERSTANDING N’ COMPASSION & WE COULD STOP IGNORING THE WARNING THE SIGNS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL OF US…

AGAIN
AGAIN is a song by American singer Janet Jackson from her fifth studio album, janet. (1993). Written and produced by Jackson, James Harris III, and Terry Lewis, the ballad was released as the album's third single in October 1993. AGAIN topped the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 in late 1993 and received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Original Song. Based on a lost love, AGAIN was included as the closing song to her 1993 box-office film debut in Poetic Justice. I LOVE this song because of its sweetness though it is talking about loosing LOVE, it will FOREVER be a favorite of mine. She sang the capture the emotion of the song without making it overly dramatic.

WORKING ME
For about a week I’ve been contemplating quitting my job. I am NOT a quitter but working with someone that has to be a B!TCH when it is necessary is more than I am prepared to deal with. I came to this realization when I lied to my boss about finishing a project that would take days but she expected it to be completed in mere minutes. I wanted to tell her SO bad that I didn’t complete it so she could FREAK THE F&CK out but I didn’t. I lied because I know that there are persons depending on me and in these tough economic I don’t want to be unemployed. I guess it would WAY TOO much to have a boss that actually appreciates the persons working for her…INSTEAD SHE WOULD RATHER THAT I HATE N’ DESPISE HER…So here how it went down…Last week things FINALLY came to a boiling point. My boss and I had it out and I could tell that she was VERY surprised because the woman hung up her phone on me and came to confront me face to face (I guess seeing was supposed to make me back down). I thought I was going to be fired for sure, but I couldn’t let her think that I can’t AND won’t stand up for my rights. The thing about our confrontation is that I was VERY calm, my voice was steady AND my blood pressure didn’t go up. I get that she is under pressure AND others are NOT pulling their weight, but I am. I guess she needs to let someone have and I guess I am the RIGHT person because it is easy to blame shit on me. If only it were that simple…Since I’ve ONLY been working there for a month I can’t AND won’t take the blame for things that go on in a company that is SO backwards AND with NO real plan OR system in place to get things done. So you know B!TCH wasn’t having that right? She went on about how I can’t multi-task (ME KISHNA ANDREW MARK CAREY HOMOSEXUAL FROM BIRTH) cannot multi-task? I WAS LIKE HUH? And I thought, I multi-task EVERYDAY by NOT slapping the F&CK out of you OR telling about your HORRIBLE people skills…but I didn’t. I took the diplomatic approach and VERY calmly let her know that I am NOT her enemy and did NOT come there to take anything away from her. I plainly told her that I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY LIFE…despite the fact that they don’t pay me anything, I am grateful that I have a job and that I somewhere to lay my head. B!TCH brought out the peace bringer side of me. After our hour talk we both decided that we needed to head home…As I settled @ home I wondered to myself if our conversation had any effect on how she behaves…funny how we ask questions that are answered almost @ the EXACT moment we had them…So back to work the next day and she and I had a another interaction. This time I did NOT engage her, I just walked out of her office as she raised her voice AND lost her patience because she didn’t feel like explaining to me how to process a return payment to a client. It was this incident that made me thought about quitting AND I promised myself that if she breathes @ me too hard I will give her the keys and walk away because I don’t feel trying to make a living should be this much hell. I sometimes wonder who OR what I was in my previous life because it seems that I have a way of working with companies that are crap OR there are persons there that are getting EVERYTHING and they STILL want to shit on the little people. All I can say is that if I wasn’t STRONG in who I am AND I choose to see beyond her, I would SO return to her what she is giving me…BUT I KNOW THAT THIS JOB LIKE EVERYTHING IN LIFE WILL PASS…I AM ONLY THERE UNTIL I AM SUPPOSED TO BE (HOPE THE TIME TO LEAVE ISN’T TOO FAR OFF). I GUESS IT IS TRUE WHAT A FRIEND OF MINE SAY ABOUT WOMEN THAT ARE SOFT SPOKEN, IT’S LIKE WORKING ANGEL ONE DAY THEN THE NEXT SOME OTHER DEMONIC ENERGY TAKES OVER…TALKING ABOUT MULTI-TASKING…

10 (a) 4 (b) 2 (c) 3 (d) 5 (e) 6 (f) 1
NOW ADD UP THE TOTAL NUMBER OF POINTS…
OVER 60 POINT: Others see you as someone they should 'handle with care'. You're seen as vain, self-centered, and who is extremely dominant. Others may admire you, wishing they could be more like you, but don't always trust you, hesitating to become too deeply involved with you.
51 TO 60 POINTS: Others see you as an exciting, highly volatile, rather impulsive personality, a natural leader, who's quick to make decisions, though not always the right ones. They see you as bold and adventuresome, someone who will try anything once, and someone who takes chances and enjoys an adventure. They enjoy being in your company because of the excitement you radiate.
41 TO 50 POINTS: Others see you as fresh, lively, charming, amusing, practical, and always interesting, someone who's constantly in the center of attention, but sufficiently well balanced not to let it go to their head. They also see you as kind, considerate, and understanding, someone who'll always cheer them up and help them out.
31 TO 40 POINTS: Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expect the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know you, realize it takes a lot to shake your trust in your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over if that trust is ever broken.
21 TO 30 POINTS: Your friends see you as painstaking and fussy. They see you as very cautious, extremely careful, a slow and steady plodder. And it would really surprise them if you ever did something impulsively or on the spur of the moment, expecting you to examine everything carefully from every angle and then, usually decide against it. They think this reaction is caused partly by your careful nature.
UNDER 21 POINTS: People think you are shy, nervous, and indecisive, someone who needs looking after, who always wants someone else to make the decisions and who doesn't want to get involved with anyone or anything! They see you as a worrier who always sees problems that don't exist. Some people think you're boring. Only those who know you well know that you aren't.
I GOT A 59 :)
