HOW TO HAVE AN ANAL ORGASM

Brothers have heard of the G-Spot but most most men are far less familiar with is their own male G-spot. That’s right; commonly called the P-Spot. The prostate is, essentially, the male equivalent of a woman’s G-spot — and yours is far, far easier to find. Keeping an open mind while reading this article, can lead you to one of the best orgasms you could ever hope for.

Discovering your P-spot
The male G-spot isn’t all that difficult to find, but it does require a little patience. Lying on your back is generally considered to be the most comfortable position for this. The process will be easiest with your legs elevated, which you can do by simply leaning your legs against the wall behind the bed or draping them over the back of the sofa. If you’re still having difficulty reaching the perineum from this position, you can lift your backside further by sliding a pillow or two under your bum.

Once you’ve made yourself as comfortable as possible, start by gently massaging the area surrounding your anus. Use the soft pad of your index finger while exploring, and be gentle. As you relax further, lube your finger up and let it gently brush across the surface of your anus. Repeat this move several times, each time increasing the pressure slightly. When you’re comfortable enough to begin probing, you should keep things slow and gentle, taking care to relax your sphincter during the process. If you are having discomfort, use an anal relaxer like Bottoms Up  Anal Spray to make the process easier. Curve your finger like a hook and you will find it. The P-spot is a small, chestnut-sized bump situated approximately two inches inward.

Stimulating your G-spot
Once you’re ready for stimulation, there are a number of methods you can utilize, though we recommend keeping it simple if you’re a novice; a finger will be sufficient for beginners. Regardless, you’ll want a good supply of lubrication on hand, and you’ll want the type specifically created for anal play.

Some men enjoy gentle thrusting movements, and some prefer intense, constant pressure on the prostate itself. You might prefer a mix of the two or something entirely different. The key is to give your body the chance to react and respond; take your time, the orgasm is worth it. It’s also important to note that you may not find any of these methods pleasurable during the first exploration, and that’s perfectly normal; you can always try again in the future.

Taking it to the Next Level - Finger
We’ve already mentioned this one, but you shouldn’t limit this method to solo exploration. If you’d like to try something highly erotic, have your partner give you a blow job while stimulating your prostate.

Rim job
There are a number of men that have not enjoyed the pleasure of getting their salad tossed. When you’re both fresh out of the bath, use your tongue to gently probe each other’s anuses. The sensation is truly incredible and you’re both sure to enjoy it.

Butt plug
If you’d like to combine sex and prostate stimulation, butt plugs are one of the simplest options available on the market. They can be used during blow jobs or actual intercourse. Butt plugs come in a variety of shapes and sizes, so don’t worry about the experience being painful or uncomfortable; simply choose the size that meets your requirements. The Pro Touch Ultimate Massager combines the sensation of a butt plug with the gentle vibrating sensation of a dildo. It’s curved upward to stimulate your G-spot. Try it for an intense sensation.

A New Way to Play
While I don’t expect everyone to be immediately comfortable with this type of exploration, I do want to make it clear that it’s perfectly acceptable and in no way strange or perverse. The male G-spot is a powerful gland that can lead to earth-shattering orgasms, and I believe everyone’s entitled to that kind of pleasure. If you’re open-minded about male G-spot stimulation, I encourage you to try the tips and start working your way toward the ultimate orgasm.

MONDAY MUSICAL MELODY: TEAM BY LORDE

Lorde's "Team" is the official second US single from the New Zealand-born singer's debut album "Pure Heroine". On an interview with Billboard, Lorde commented of the song that there are lyrics where she feels like the 'realistic' pop star, and others that show her unique songwriting, going back to write for her and her friends.
When I listen to Team, I hear a call for compassion. It’s a call for the oppressor and the oppressed to join one another on level ground, to stand together rather than exist in a power-over, power-under dynamic. Whether you’re a greedy dictator, a violent abuser, or the bully at the playground, Team is about recognizing we’re all on equal playing field.

Wait 'til you’re announced
We’ve not yet lost all our graces
The hounds will stay in chains
Look upon your greatness
That you’ll send
The call I'll send

Call all the ladies out
They’re in their finery
A hundreds jewels on throats
A hundred jewels between teeth
Now bring my boys in
Their skin in craters like the moon
The moon we love like a brother, while he glows through the room

Dancin' around the lies we tell
Dancin' around big eyes as well
Even the comatose they don’t dance and tell
[Chorus]
We live in cities you'll never see on screen
Not very pretty, but we sure know how to run free
Living in ruins of the palace within my dreams
And you know, we're on each other's team

I'm kind of over getting told to throw my hands up in the air,
so there
So all the cups got broke shards beneath our feet but it wasn’t my fault
And everyone’s competing for a love they won't receive
'Cause what this palace wants is release

[Chorus]
We live in cities you'll never see on screen
Not very pretty, but we sure know how to run free
Living in ruins of the palace within my dreams
And you know, we're on each other's team

I’m kind of over getting told to throw my hands up in the air
So there
I’m kinda older than I was when I revelled without a care
So there

[Chorus]
We live in cities you'll never see on screen
Not very pretty, but we sure know how to run free
Living in ruins of the palace within my dreams
And you know, we're on each other's team

We're on each other's team
And you know, we're on each other's team
We're on each other's team

And you know, and you know, and you know

REST IN PEACE PHILIP SEYMOUR HOFFMAN

NEW YORK (AP) — The family of Oscar-winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman says his death is "a tragic and sudden loss."

The 46-year-old actor was found dead Sunday in his New York City apartment.
"We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Phil and appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have received from everyone," the statement reads. "This is a tragic and sudden loss and we ask that you respect our privacy during this time of grieving. Please keep Phil in your thoughts and prayers."

Hoffman made his career mostly as a character actor, and he was one of the most prolific in the business.

The stage-trained actor's rumpled naturalism made him one of the most admired performers of his generation. He was nominated for Academy Awards four times and won the Oscar for best actor in 2006 for his portrayal of writer Truman Capote in "Capote."

He leaves behind his partner of 15 years, Mimi O'Donnell, and their three children.

U2 RELEASING FREE SONG DURING SUPER BOW TO FIGHT AIDS

Irish rock band U2 is releasing a free song on iTunes during the Super Bowl, and for the first two million downloads, Bank of America (NYSE: BOA) will donate a dollar to fight AIDS in Africa.
The new single, “Invisible,” will be free for 24 hours after its debut on a Super Bowl commercial on Feb. 2. The donations will go to (RED), an AIDS charity U2 lead singer Bono co-founded with activist Bobby Shriver.

Bank of America has promised to donate an additional $8 million, or $10 million total.

The Gates Foundation, led by Microsoft (NYSE: MSFT) founder Bill Gates and his wife, Melinda, will match Bank of America’s $10 million donation. German software company SAP and the Motsepes, a wealthy South African mining family, have also agreed to donate $1 million each, bringing the total pledged to (RED) to $22 million.

The song release and partnership with Bank of America were announced Thursday at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Bono and Shriver started (RED) in Davos in 2008. The organization has so far used $240 million to treat and help prevent AIDS in eight African countries: Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Rwanda, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania and Zambia.

In particular, (RED) aims to prevent transmission of AIDS from mother to child by 2015, a goal from the United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals. Currently in South African countries, HIV causes between 10 and 28 percent of all deaths among children under 5, according to UNICEF. About 700 babies are born every day with HIV, and without effective treatment, more than half will die before their second birthday.

FREEDOM...

"Freedom is not something that one people can bestow on another as a gift. They claim it as their own and none can keep it from them."
